"Yaeyama Soba" is a typical soba from Ishigaki Island! It is by far the most popular dish on our menu. The soup is light and refreshing, and the topping is not pork belly like Okinawa soba, but shredded pork, which goes perfectly with the soup. Once you try it, you'll be hooked!
